Who handles your data
Divine Finance and Real Estate
Divine Finance and Real Estate, Gandhinagar, is responsible for the personal details submitted through this website. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to info@divinerealestate.com.
What we collect
Only what the enquiry needs
- Your name and Indian mobile number.
- Your email address, only when you choose to provide it.
- Your message and any locality, budget or visit preference you submit.
- The property, page and form connected with your enquiry.
- The consent-notice version, submission time and CRM delivery status.
Basic technical details such as an IP address or browser information may appear in short-lived security and server logs. Do not submit an OTP, password, bank login, card number, Aadhaar number, PAN number or medical information through an enquiry form.
Why we use it
To answer the request you made
- Respond to a property, contact, finance or site-visit enquiry.
- Call or email you about that enquiry and arrange the requested follow-up.
- Keep the enquiry history so authorised staff can continue the conversation.
- Prevent duplicate submissions, misuse and technical failures.
- Meet a legal duty or protect the website and its users when required.
Enquiry consent does not give Divine permission to place you in an unrelated marketing campaign. Separate permission is required for promotional communication.
CIBIL report requests
CIBIL reports for home-loan customers
The website enquiry checkbox lets Divine respond to that enquiry and record it in B2B Bricks. It does not authorise a CIBIL report request. If a Divine property buyer asks for home-loan support, a staff member explains the separate CIBIL consent statement. When the customer agrees, the staff member records that agreement in the protected administrator workspace before requesting the report.
For that request, Divine collects the customer's name, Indian mobile number, email address, PAN, date of birth, gender and full residential address. After the customer agrees, Divine sends the details needed for the request to PayPrime so it can request the CIBIL report.
Divine encrypts the customer's contact and report details, PAN, date of birth, gender, residential address and any report link before storing them. The consent record, request status and provider reference are kept in the protected administrator workspace. The website does not store the full structured bureau response. Only the authorised Divine administrator can access a CIBIL case or its report link.
Who receives it
Divine staff and necessary service providers
An enquiry is first saved in Divine’s website database and then sent server to server to the client’s B2B Bricks CRM. Authorised Divine staff can view it for follow-up. Website hosting, database, security and CRM providers may process the minimum data needed to run those services under Divine’s instructions.
Divine does not sell or rent enquiry information. Personal details are not placed in public pages, browser code or application logs.
How long we keep it
Normally up to 12 months after the last interaction
Divine reviews enquiry and CIBIL request records after the purpose has ended and normally deletes or anonymises them within 12 months of the last meaningful interaction. A record may be kept longer when the person asks Divine to continue, a transaction is active, or a law requires it. PayPrime has separate retention and deletion terms for provider-side records and report links; Divine will confirm those terms before CIBIL reports are enabled. Backup copies and security logs may remain for a limited recovery or security period before automatic replacement.
Your choices
Access, correct, delete or withdraw
Email info@divinerealestate.com with “Privacy request” in the subject to ask what Divine holds about you, correct it, request deletion, withdraw consent or raise a grievance. Include the mobile number used for the enquiry so Divine can verify and find the right record.
Withdrawing consent does not affect work already completed lawfully. Divine may keep a limited record where retention is required by law or needed to establish or defend a legal claim. Available statutory remedies may be used after Divine has had a fair chance to address the grievance.
Security and children
Restricted access and adult enquiries
Lead records are protected by staff sign-in and role-based access. CRM credentials stay on the server, and failed delivery messages are recorded without the visitor’s personal details or the provider’s private response body.
The enquiry service is intended for adults. A person under 18 should not submit personal details without a parent or lawful guardian’s involvement.
Changes
The version and date will change with the notice
If Divine changes what it collects or why it uses the information, this page will be updated before the new use starts. A fresh consent request will be shown when the new purpose needs it.
